Local logistics technology startup Navlungo<\/a> announced the acquisition of UK-based e-export service platform Envoyo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

With this acquisition, Navlungo has taken a strategic step towards creating an integrated solution ecosystem that covers all stages of the e-export process from logistics to marketplace operations, from company setup to customs and tax management, training and consultancy.<\/p>\n\n

Envoyo, which already provides consultancy and growth acceleration services for brands to sell on leading global marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Alibaba, Ozone and Etsy, draws attention with its position in this field. He pioneered the launch of many Turkish brands in Ozone, which has a strong position especially in the Eastern European and Russian markets.<\/p>\n\n

Under the leadership of founders Borga Es<\/a> and Onur G\u00fczel<\/strong> and with the support of angel investors such as G\u00f6khan Akar, \u00d6zge Y\u00fcr\u00fcr and Emin Y\u00fccekaya, Envoyo has invested more than 750 thousand dollars and has gained an important place in Turkey’s digital export ecosystem by mediating the sales of more than 250 companies in global marketplaces.<\/p>\n\n

After the acquisition, Envoyo will be repositioned as Navlungo’s e-commerce solution platform. In this context, a total of 45 different services including company establishment abroad, accounting and financial management, customs and tax services, product photography and content production, training and consultancy will be offered to sellers under a single roof.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, video training content from the industry’s leading trainers will soon be available on the Envoyo platform with free and paid options.<\/p>\n\n

Isa Korkmaz<\/a>, founder of Navlungo, said, “With this acquisition, we are moving from being a platform that only offers shipping solutions to a full ecosystem that touches every stage of e-commerce. With the Envoyo brand, we will reach not only existing exporters but also 1 million potential e-commerce entrepreneurs who have not yet started selling.”<\/p>\n\n

Borga Es<\/strong>, co-founder of Envoyo, said that they believe that their experience and relationships in marketplaces will further increase the strength of Navlungo, while investor G\u00f6khan Akar<\/strong> said, “Our investment in Envoyo was a reflection of our belief in contributing to Turkish manufacturers finding a place in global markets. With Navlungo, this vision will now reach a much wider audience.”<\/p>\n\n
