Assessment and Recruitment Process

Among the applicants, interviews are scheduled with candidates who meet the requirements of the vacant position. The first interview conducted by the Human Resources Department is centered on skills and qualifications.

Depending on the requirements of the position, the standard hiring process will include competency-based interviews, supervised interviews, case studies, references, and personality tests.
