A Strong Step into the World of Finance
Applied Venture Capital & Private Equity Program
Within the scope of Arz Academy, the Applied Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance Program, implemented in collaboration with BÜYEM | Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center and İbn Haldun University Continuing Education Center (İHSEM), brings together different disciplines of the investment world with a holistic educational approach.
The program covers different stages of investment, from basic finance and capital markets to financial analysis and company valuation, from the structure of VC and PE funds to evaluating investment opportunities, from dealsourcing and termsheet processes to portfolio management and exit strategies. Economic and market dynamics, financial regulations, SPK and BDDK regulations, and AML/KYC processes are also among the complementary topics of the program. The theoretical foundation is supported by real case studies, financial modeling studies, applied content, and sector experience.
The program, conducted with the contributions of academics and sector professionals, aims to develop participants’ different competencies, from interpreting financial data to evaluating investment opportunities, from managing the investment process to analyzing exit strategies.

Arz Academy also places importance on ensuring that the knowledge and skills acquired through the program are supported by industry experience.
While scholarship opportunities are available at varying rates for participants accepted into the program, a certain number of participants can take advantage of mentoring and internship opportunities. Participants who successfully complete the program are eligible to receive a certificate endorsed by Boğaziçi University that is recognized internationally.
These opportunities are designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of the finance, venture capital, and private equity ecosystems and to support their professional development.
The First Round Has Been Completed; Applications for the New Round Have Begun

The program is now starting up again for its second season.
Applications for the new term can be submitted between August 17 and October 30, 2026. The training sessions will begin on November 3, 2026.
